Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • If the customer receives the wrong product

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product quality

  • If the customer simply does not like the product

Return Time Frame

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return or refund. Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.

Replacement Option

If a product is damaged or defective, the customer may choose:

  • A replacement with a new product, or

  • A full refund

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed accordingly

  • Refunds may be issued via agreed method or adjusted as per COD system

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in its original condition (if possible)

  • Damage caused by misuse is not eligible for refund or replacement

  • All return requests must be confirmed by our support team
